About me

Growing up in Hong kong, the origin place of king fu cinema, Fan had a fascination for martial arts. The curiosity for combat sport followed him When he emigrated to Montréal Canada. In his youth, as a mean for self protection against racism and intimidation at school, he started to learn boxing, jiut jitsu, Muay Thai, and mostly french kickboxing (savate). As his passion grew he went on to compete in world savate tournaments. He started to teach since 2010 and his ultimate goal is to help others gain confidence and self awareness through martial art and fitness.

These are individual or group lessons (up to 4) given at the studio. Are available gloves and other useful equipment on site.

These kickboxing lessons are given online by videoconference. You can now follow your training with Fan wherever you are! (Zoom must be installed)Zoom must be installed)

This is a complete training of about fifty lessons (video capsule and explanatory documents/diagram) to follow at your own pace and online from the comfort of your home or anywhere else in the world.
