About me

Ayant grandi à Hong Kong, le lieu d’origine du cinéma Kung Fu, Fan avait une fascination pour les arts martiaux. La curiosité pour les sports de combat l’a suivi lorsqu’il a émigré à Montréal au Canada. Dans sa jeunesse, comme moyen de se protéger contre le racisme et l’intimidation à l’école, il a commencé à apprendre la boxe, le Jiut jitsu, le Muay Thai, et surtout le kickboxing français (la Savate). Au fur et à mesure que sa passion grandissait, il a participé à des tournois mondiaux de Savate. Il a commencé à enseigner depuis 2010 et son objectif ultime est d’aider les autres à gagner en confiance et conscience de soi grâce aux arts martiaux et au fitness.

These are individual or group lessons (up to 4) given at the studio. Are available gloves and other useful equipment on site.

One Hour Lesson: 50$

These kickboxing lessons are given online by videoconference. You can now follow your training with Fan wherever you are! (Zoom must be installed)Zoom doit être installé)

Il s’agit d’une formation complète  d’une cinquantaine de cours (capsules video et documents explicatifs/schéma) à suivre à votre rythme et en ligne du confort de votre maison ou n’importe où ailleurs dans le monde.
